Captured Maya
Privacy
The short version: I collect what's needed to photograph you and run a small studio — nothing more. I don't sell information, I don't run ads, and there are no third-party trackers here.

What this site collects
- Bookings & inquiries. When you book a session or send an inquiry, I keep your name, email, phone, session details, and — when you sign the session agreement — your electronic signature. These are the business records of working together, and they're retained as such.
- Payments. Handled entirely by a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card number never touches my servers; I see only what a receipt would show.
- Galleries. Client galleries live behind private links. The gallery remembers which frames you favorite — that's how I know which images matter to you.
- Analytics. I use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited and which images lead people to the booking window. It stores a small anonymous identifier in your browser so a return visit is recognized. There is no session recording, form contents are never captured, and nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
What never happens
- Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. To anyone.
- No advertising networks, no ad pixels, no cross-site trackers.
- No session-recording software watching you type.
- Photographs of you are never published or added to the public archive without your written consent — consent is part of the session agreement, never assumed.
Your choices
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics is disabled automatically — no action needed.
- Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the analytics identifier.
- Email ask@capturedmaya.com to ask what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents: this is your CCPA request address; I don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.
Who touches the data
A small number of service providers, each doing one job — payment processing, analytics, email. Each receives only what its job requires, and none may use your information for anything else.
